- 15.25 USD hourly
- Follow standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
- Identify and report quality issues or inconsistencies and stop the line when necessary.
- Stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, lift, and handle materials.
- Lift approximately 25–50 lbs.
- Safely use air tools and basic production equipment.
- Work safely around paint booths and manufacturing materials.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Previous paint or paint-line experience.
- Experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment.
- Experience with paint booth setup or paint changeovers.
- Experience using air tools.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
