Inventory Control Specialist - Rialto
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and operational efficiency within the distribution center.
Shift Patterns
- Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
Pay Rates
- 18.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Inventory Control Specialist
- 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience
- Experience with RF Scanners, PDA or hand held devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be on feet and walk continuously throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse non-climate controlled environment
- Able to work 10-12 hours per day
Desirable requirements for Inventory Control Specialist
- Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
- Proven ability to identify discrepancies and conduct audits
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments to resolve inventory issues
Role for Inventory Control Specialist
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and damages
- Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances
- Process inventory adjustments in warehouse management systems
