Production Operator - Lexington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operator to work with a leading automotive systems manufacturer in Lexington. This role involves operating machinery and assembling high-quality automotive components, such as roof and battery systems, within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.


Shift Patterns

• B Crew Bilingual Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Must be fluent in English and Spanish)

Pay Rates

• 18.20 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operator

• Team-oriented and detail-focused


• Capable of standing for 10-12 hours per shift


• Able to lift up to 35-50 lbs

• Experience assembling automotive roof components and operating machinery


• Ability to perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment
