Shift Patterns
- Sunday to Thursday
- 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Pay Rates
- 20.35 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Inventory Control Specialist
- 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience
- Experience with radio frequency scanners and handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse
- Able to stand and walk continuously for 10-12 hours per day
Skills requirements for Inventory Control Specialist
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
- Conducting regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory integrity
- Collaborating with shipping, receiving, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including overages, shortages, and damages
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances
- Process inventory adjustments in warehouse management systems
