Role for Customer Service Representative


  • Coordinate and manage air import shipments from start to finish

  • Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries

  • Process and track airway bills, shipment documents, and invoices

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies

  • Maintain accurate records and databases of import activities

  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns

  • Assist with developing import/export processes to improve efficiency

  • Support sales and marketing teams in maintaining customer relationships
