Role for Customer Service Representative
- Coordinate and manage air import shipments from start to finish
- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries
- Process and track airway bills, shipment documents, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and databases of import activities
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns
- Assist with developing import/export processes to improve efficiency
- Support sales and marketing teams in maintaining customer relationships
