Preweighter - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Preweighter to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany. This role is essential for supporting the compounding process by ensuring raw materials are accurately measured and prepared to meet high quality standards.

Shift patterns:

• 1st Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm


• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm


• 3rd Shift: 10:30pm to 7:00am

Pay rates:

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Preweighter:

• Must be able to lift and move heavy materials and drums throughout the shift


• Must be comfortable using a drum jack to move raw materials safely


• Must pay close attention to detail when measuring and preparing materials


• Must complete required paperwork and material records accurately


• Must be comfortable using a computer to log and track materials


• Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Role tasks for Preweighter:

• Measure and prepare raw materials according to precise instructions


• Operate drum jacks to safely transport materials and drums


• Maintain accurate logs and records using computer systems


• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Communicate any equipment or material concerns to the supervisor
