At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Clerk to work with a leading international company in New Albany. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting warehouse operations by ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.


Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday


• 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM


• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM


• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Inventory Control Clerk

• Stand-up forklift experience


• 1–2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience


• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems


• Knowledge of cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and variance reporting


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Desirable requirements for Inventory Control Clerk

• Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

Role for Inventory Control Clerk

• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.


• Investigate and resolve variances for shortages and overages.


• Evaluate and assist with resolving inventory issues related to new products, product revisions, and customer order changes.


• Utilize management systems to monitor expired and obsolete inventory.


• Support warehouse and account management teams with inventory analysis and reporting.
