Forklift operator - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency by safely operating industrial machinery to move, load, and organize materials.
Shift patterns

• Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay rates

• 19.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• More than 1 year of experience operating forklifts
• Proficiency with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet wrap machines
• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control
• Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
• Valid Driver License and dependable transportation
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the warehouse environment
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely movement throughout the facility
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Secure materials for transport and utilize levers, forks, and hoists to stack items
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
