IntroAt Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Tech to work with Aludyne in Pierceton. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient production operations.
Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm
- 28.00 - 32.00 USD hourly
- What PLCs have you troubleshot (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)? Describe a recent issue you fixed?
- How do you diagnose mechanical failures like conveyors, pumps, or motors?
- What experience do you have with hydraulic or pneumatic repairs?
- How do you perform preventive maintenance and document your work?
- How do you ensure safety when working on live or rotating equipment?
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and industrial machinery.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and automated machinery.
- Perform routine mechanical inspections, lubrication, and repairs on industrial equipment.
- Inspect and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including seals and valves.
- Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues and support new installations.
