This role is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy within the warehouse environment by ensuring that all paperwork matches the corresponding product and shipment details.Shift Patterns
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- First Week Training: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Recent warehouse, freight, logistics, or distribution experience.
- Ability to perform floor quality checks by matching paperwork to product.
- Must be able to stand throughout the shift, frequently bend and move, and lift approximately 50 lb.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience with freight auditing, quality checks, shipping documentation, or warehouse systems.
- Experience identifying product, paperwork, or shipment discrepancies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance.
- Able to work independently while coordinating with warehouse and office teams.
- Safety-conscious and comfortable working with urgency.
- Perform floor quality checks and verify paperwork against shipment details.
- Identify and report product discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain warehouse quality and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all outgoing and incoming freight.
