The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, quality, and customer service goals are met. This role provides hands-on leadership by coordinating workflow, training employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.Shift Patterns
- Back Half Nights: Rotating Weekly Schedule. Thursday - Saturday 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Wednesday - Saturday 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
- 25.00 USD hourly
- 2-5 years of Warehouse Lead Experience.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
- Ability to assign daily tasks to ensure work is completed.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor new and existing associates.
- Ability to conduct daily start up meetings.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Ability to collaborate with supervisors and management.
- Ability and experience with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
- Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and task assignments.
- Monitor team performance and maintain quality standards.
- Facilitate training and mentorship for warehouse staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage inventory control and shipping processes.
