Manufacturing Production Associate - Parkersburg
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading window and door manufacturer in Parkersburg. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce high-quality window and door units.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 6:00pm to 3:00am
Pay Rates
- 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Comfortable performing repetitive daily tasks
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day
- Comfortable operating hand and power tools
- Previous experience at this facility is a plus
Skills Requirements
- Learn more than one part of the assembly process
- Read schematics to understand the production process
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Measure workpieces
- Inspect products for quality and damages
- Report product damages, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Role
- Fabricate and produce component parts for the final assembly of window and door units
- Assemble parts and units using small hand tools
- Label and package products for distribution
- Monitor machinery and ensure production orders are followed
