Warehouse Associate - Franklin

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing facility in Franklin. You will play a critical part in the food production supply chain, ensuring that raw ingredients and finished food products are safely handled, stored, and prepared for shipment.


Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.


• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to a 10 or 12-hour shift).

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience working in a warehouse setting.


• Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished packaging products throughout the warehouse.


• Accurately pick food products according to order sheets and prepare them for shipment using scanning technology.


• Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records for both dry storage and temperature-controlled zones.


• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.


• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
