Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing facility in Franklin, WI. You will play a critical part in the food production supply chain, ensuring that raw ingredients and finished food products are safely handled, stored, and prepared for shipment.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
- Final schedule will be assigned in the onboarding
Pay Rates
- 16.50 USD hourly
- Reliable schedules with opportunities for overtime
Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to a 10 or 12-hour shift).
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.
Role for Warehouse Associate
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished food products throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order sheets using scanning technology.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for dry storage and temperature-controlled zones.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
