Warehouse Lead - Bensenville

Shift Patterns

• 5:00pm to finish (based on mail volume)
• Monday - Friday
• Flexible for overtime

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Must have over a year of experience leading teams of 10 to 15 people within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and operational standards are met.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Conduct team training and manage daily headcounts.
• Monitor performance metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP, and communicate updates to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
