Pick/Pack - Sparks

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Sparks. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Shift Patterns

• Training: Friday 9/4 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday 9/6 and every Sunday thereafter from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Tasks

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers
• Maintain a consistent packing pace throughout the entire work period
• Handle products with care to prevent damage
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
