Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where accuracy and efficiency are key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 4 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packing materials.
