Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading warehouse and distribution center in North Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.
Shift Patterns

• Thursday to Monday 4 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, apply accurate shipping labels, and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts or replenishment.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials.

Location: North Aurora. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
