Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 6:30 AM to 3 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 - 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely, apply shipping labels, and seal packages
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with inventory counts
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to specifications
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials

Location: North Aurora. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center.
