Production Associate - Swainsboro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to produce custom window and door units, requiring precision and the ability to handle various assembly tasks.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Commitment to a strict attendance policy
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate, high-quality work
• Flexibility to rotate between different assembly stations on short notice

Skills Requirements

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
• Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment
• Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
• Experience operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment

Role

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units
• Read and interpret schematics to understand production processes
• Operate and monitor machinery while using various hand and power tools
• Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and potential damage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
