- 19.84 USD hourly
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
- Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous warehouse or loading experience
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner
- Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests
- Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading
