Material Handler - Blue Springs

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Blue Springs. This role is based in a candy warehouse, supporting daily production and warehouse operations by ensuring all materials, products, and supplies are available and properly organized to keep the production lines running smoothly.


Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Material Handler

• Commute must not be more than 40 minutes


• Steel toe shoes required


• Ability to lift and move materials up to 30–50 lbs


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production line environment


• Strong attention to detail and organization


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods


• Team-oriented with good communication skills


• Strict hygiene policy: no nails, nail polish, eyelashes, or visible piercings allowed

Desirable Requirements for Material Handler

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment as a material handler


• Reliable and punctual


• Team player with a positive attitude

Role for Material Handler

• Feed production lines with candy, ingredients, and packaging materials to maintain continuous workflow


• Work on and around the production line to support ongoing operations and prevent downtime


• Break down pallets and boxes, sort products, and stage materials for production or storage


• Restock supplies such as boxes, labels, wrappers, and other packaging components


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production floor, including waste disposal


• Follow all safety, food handling, and quality control standards


• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts as needed
