This entry-to-mid level role is essential for ensuring that facilities and equipment remain in top condition, allowing operations to run safely and efficiently.

• 1st shift BH MON, THU, FRI & SAT 6AM - 430PM

Pay rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Maintenance tech 1

• High School diploma or GED; vocational training or technical certifications (like HVAC, EPA, or trade certs) are highly preferred.


• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial, manufacturing, or residential property maintenance.


• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, pipe-fitting, and the use of hand and power tools.


• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.


• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments including outdoors, on ladders, or in confined spaces.

Role for Maintenance tech 1

• Perform daily upkeep and preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems.


• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.


• Escalate highly complex technical problems to licensed contractors or senior staff members.


• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
