Weekend Picker/Packer - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. You will play a vital role in our supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art fulfillment center.
Shift Patterns
- Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 16.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Weekend Picker/Packer
- Must have availability to work every weekend
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment
Desirable Requirements for Weekend Picker/Packer
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible to change departments per business needs
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions
Role for Weekend Picker/Packer
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using RF scanners
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications
- Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to ensure 100% order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station
