At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. You will be responsible for the day-to-day material handling inside a fast-paced distribution facility.Shift Patterns
- Monday-Friday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
- 15.00 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM
- Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software
- Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles
- Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments
- Verify product numbers and condition of goods against order documentation using RF scanners
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines
