Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora, IL. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where accuracy and efficiency are key to ensuring customer orders are shipped correctly.
Shift patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 2 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly throughout a shift
• Strong attention to detail and basic math and reading skills

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely, apply shipping labels, and seal packages
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with inventory counts
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation stocked with necessary packing materials
