Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter - Avon

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter to work with Radial in Avon. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Shift Patterns

• Wednesday through Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Proficiency with computers and systems such as Excel or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high attention to detail.
• Availability to work the scheduled shifts in Avon, including potential overtime.

Role

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to identify root causes of issues.
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile count variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and physical inventory audits.
