At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to work with Ocala Talent Pool in Ocala. This role involves operating equipment to retrieve materials, managing inventory, and ensuring shipment accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Shift Patterns
- Night Shifts: Sunday - Wednesday 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Night Shifts: Wednesday - Saturday 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- 20.50 USD hourly
- Proven experience operating cherry pickers.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during the shift.
- Previous employees of Job&Talent, Freight Breakers, or Balance Staffing are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment functionality.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and order picking processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while remaining self-motivated.
- Operate cherry picker equipment safely to pick orders from high shelving units.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to safety standards.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
