At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator to work with a leading automotive systems manufacturer in Marysville. This role focuses on the manufacture and assembly of high-quality parts at a consistent production rate while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Shift Patterns

• Sunday through Thursday night 9:30pm-6am or 10pm-6am

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Operator

• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to interpret and follow verbal, written, and visual manufacturing instructions
• Commitment to safety policies and 5-S housekeeping principles
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when required

Role for Operator

• Manufacture and assemble high-quality parts according to production rates
• Identify and communicate defective parts following established quality processes
• Adhere to machine safety standards and company quality policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following 5-S principles
• Interpret production boards, rate changes, and safety notices
