Pay Rates

• 22.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Account Specialist

Role for Account Specialist

• Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
• Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods.
• Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to manage inbound and outbound demand.
• Coordinate with fleet and asset-lite brokerage teams to better serve client needs.
• Perform basic billing and auditing while maintaining documented standard operating procedures.
