At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role involves operating specialized stand-up equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring efficient inventory movement and safety.Shift patterns
- Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 18.75 USD hourly
- Minimum 2 years experience operating Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
- Experience in a warehouse setting with knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Must provide valid forklift certification during the walkthrough.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in material handling.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Adaptable to working different departments per business needs.
- Ability to take instruction.
- Operate reach trucks to stage and retrieve palletized loads from high-bay racking.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight using dock stockers.
- Fulfill orders at elevated heights using cherry pickers with safety harnesses.
- Utilize RF scanners to maintain 100% inventory data accuracy.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
