General Laborer - Southaven
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Shift Patterns
- Front Half Nights: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
- Every other week you will not work on Wednesday.
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery.
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
- Handle items carefully to avoid product damage.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a focus on safety, punctuality, and deadlines throughout the shift.
