At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Labor to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany. These are full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunities in a light industrial warehouse environment. No experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
Shift Patterns

• 3rd shift Monday through Friday, 9:00 pm until 10:30 pm
• Mandatory overtime when required, including possible Saturdays

Pay Rates

• 16.50 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor

• Able to handle strong smells
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day without reasonable accommodations
• Dependable and reliable work ethic

Role for General Labor

• Pulling merchandise from shelves within the distribution center
• Preparing items for shipping and distribution
• Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
• Following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
