General Labor - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Color Image Apparel in Southaven. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Shift Patterns

• Back Half Days: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Working every other Wednesday.

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for General Labor

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Tasks for General Labor

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customer
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers
• Pack items consistently for the entire work period while remaining on feet
• Handle items carefully as to avoid damage to product
• Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
