Forklift operator - Olive Branch

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Olive Branch. This role is essential for maintaining the safe and efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring that all products are handled, stored, and transported with precision.
Shift patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm

Pay rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control
• Previous experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
• Experience with pallet wrap machines and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in various areas
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator

• Ability to operate other types of warehouse equipment

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery in an industrial location
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and move them through the facility
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
• Control levers and operating devices to load, transport, and stack materials
• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
