At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is essential for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling components and finished products according to strict quality, safety, and production standards.
Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Assembler

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift, 6 days a week
• Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place heavy items on top of products
• Disclosure of previous employment or relatives currently working at the company

Desirable Requirements for Assembler

• Ability to assemble products correctly according to specifications and quality control guidelines
• Ability to perform assembly tasks consistently throughout the entire work period
• Ability to handle products carefully to prevent damage and ensure safety
• Previous industrial or assembly experience
• Ability to provide your own work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes

Role for Assembler

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
