- 15.25 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift, 6 days a week.
- Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place heavy items on top of products.
- Ability to provide your own required work clothing, including jeans, a collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes.
- Disclosure of any previous employment at this company or relatives currently working there.
- Previous industrial or assembly experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
