At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter to work with a leading logistics partner in Avon. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay Rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter

• Do you have prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies?
• Are you comfortable using computers and systems (such as Excel or warehouse management systems) to track and investigate issues?
• This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. Are you able to meet these physical requirements?
• Can you work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and accuracy are critical?
• Are you available to work the scheduled shifts in Avon, including potential overtime as needed?

Role for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately within warehouse management systems.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify root causes.
• Assist with audits and physical inventory processes.
