Ruby will play a key role in the continued expansion of Job&Talent's market presence, reporting to Brian Neely, the US Chief Sales Officer.

Ruby Caggiano-Cooper brings over 25 years of exceptional experience in staffing solutions and sales leadership. Her career began with Allegis Group companies - Aerotek and TEKsystems, where she dedicated more than two decades and held multiple senior roles, leading the growth of sales teams across various industries such as Wireless Communications, Healthcare, and Energy. Ruby also served as Vice President of Professional Development and Domain Intelligence at NextGen/GTA, a Kelly-acquired staffing company. In this dual role, she simultaneously coached sales teams on her proven consultative sales approach and acted as a technical solutions liaison collaborating with clients in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Government sectors. Prior to joining Job&Talent, Ruby joined the SaaS industry as a sales leader at Chattr, an AI-powered recruiting platform designed to optimize high-volume hiring processes, which fueled her passion for integrating cutting-edge technology with human potential in industrial settings. 

Ruby’s diverse background in heading sales initiatives and teams align perfectly with Job&Talent’s objective to drive strategic growth and meet the evolving needs of businesses across the US. Her proven ability to tackle industrial challenges with innovation will be instrumental in advancing Job&Talent’s commitment to transform the temporary staffing industry with tech-driven workforce management solutions.
