Chris Kelly brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Before joining Job&Talent, she served as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and Nelson Staffing, leading enterprise-wide sales efforts. Chris also held the position of Senior Vice President at Volt's Strategic Solutions Group, where she managed a national team of sales directors focused on sales growth and client relationship enhancement. Her previous role as National Sales Director for the West at Spherion/Randstad further solidified her expertise in integrating effective sales tools and methodologies into client solutions.

Her proven ability to lead national sales teams and implement successful sales strategies will be instrumental in expanding Job&Talent’s market presence and client base across the US.
