General Labor/ Warehouse Associate - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/ Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics facility in North Aurora. You will perform a variety of essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns

• Sunday to Thursday 6:30 AM to 3 PM

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor/ Warehouse Associate

• Experience working in a warehouse environment

Role for General Labor/ Warehouse Associate

• Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and containers.
• Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets using shrink wrap for safe transport.
• Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks as assigned.
• Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
