- Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
- Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions
- Ability to safely perform physical requirements, including reaching items stored at heights up to 5 feet
- Please note that we are not accepting rehires for those who have previously worked at the BMW plant
Skills Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control
- Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Role for Production Operator Quality Control
- Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations
- Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
- Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through formal protocols
- Support root cause analysis and general problem-solving initiatives
