At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Electromechanical Assembler to work with a leading company in the industrial actuation sector in Armada. This role is essential for ensuring the high-quality production and testing of actuator units within a professional manufacturing environment.


Shift Patterns

• 7am to 4:00pm or 4:30pm, depending on overtime requirements

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Assembler

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience


• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools


• Excellent reading and oral comprehension skills


• Quality-focused mindset with the ability to recognize and resolve problems


• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity


• Good vision (near, far, and depth perception) with the ability to adjust focus


• High School Graduate preferred

Role for Assembler

• Assemble, position, align, and fasten components using precision hand and power tools


• Read and interpret blueprints to determine component parts and assembly sequences


• Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances


• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, drilling, tapping, and reaming


• Maintain a safe work environment and contribute as a collaborative team member
