Production Associate - Swainsboro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Associate to work with a leading company in the Manufacturing sector in Swainsboro. You will be working for the client in Swainsboro.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift - 7:00am -4:00 pm Monday- Friday, Mandatory OT when needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Production Associate you will need to have:

• Inspect products for quality and damages
• Report product damages, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
• Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.

As a Production Associate, it would be desirable to have:

• Ability to learn and rotate to two (2) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
• Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
• Able to stand on your feet for the entire shift

Role of a Production Associate

• Ensure product quality through thorough inspection and identification of defects.
• Communicate operational issues and safety concerns promptly to management.
• Contribute to a safe and orderly workplace by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
