At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 1st Shift Packer to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 7AM to 3PM with 30 minute break for lunch.

Pay Rates

• 14.50 USD hourly

Requirements for 1st Shift Packer

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Dependable and detail-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment.
• Ability to commute to New Albany, OH 43054.

Role for 1st Shift Packer

• Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products.
• Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards.
• Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations.
