OP Driver - Mooresville

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an OP Driver to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry in Mooresville. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused warehouse professionals who are comfortable operating a high-reach, elevated platform forklift to pick, move, and stage inventory.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Previous Cherry Picker experience required
• Ability to safely work at heights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be dependable and have reliable attendance
• Steel-toe footwear required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker or high-reach forklift to pick and move inventory
• Work from an elevated platform at various heights
• Accurately pick, stage, and organize products
• Load and unload inventory as needed
• Use RF scanners or warehouse technology to track inventory
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
