Shift Patterns

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch, 2 breaks paid 15 mins

Pay Rates

• 15.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Maintenance Helper:

• Ability to perform basic facility maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing outlet covers, and completing minor repairs
• Comfort performing light landscaping and general upkeep duties
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 75 lbs periodically throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work each day
• Ownership of steel toe or composite toe safety shoes
• Ability to work a full 8-hour shift consistently without arriving late or leaving early

• Strong understanding of professional workplace attendance standards
• Commitment to safety guidelines and a clean safety record
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision for extended periods
• Comfort standing and walking for the majority of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Your role as Maintenance Helper

• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs and replacing outlet covers
• Complete minor building repairs and general upkeep duties as assigned
• Assist with light landscaping and maintaining clean outdoor and indoor areas
• Handle and move materials safely, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and 75 lbs periodically
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety rules
