Warehouse Specialist - Hamilton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Specialist to work with a leading company in the supply chain management sector in Hamilton. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, storing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.


Shift Patterns

• Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Specialist

• Frontline worker, trained across all departments to ensure operational efficiency and team flexibility


• Must be able to lift 70 pounds


• Forklift experience: Stand up, cherry picker & turret

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Specialist

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality


• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on client requirements


• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts


• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates


• Utilize warehouse management systems and scanning devices for tracking


• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently


• Ensure proper labeling, staging, and storage of materials


• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment


• Forklift certification (reach truck, stand-up, or EPJ experience is a plus)


• Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse software


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Role for Warehouse Specialist

• Manage incoming shipments and verify quality and accuracy


• Pick and pack orders according to client specifications


• Operate warehouse machinery and scanning systems


• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records
