Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Rialto. This role is based in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution center where speed, precision, and safety are essential to success.


Shift Patterns

• Tuesday - Saturday


• 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment


• Experience using RF scanners


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)


• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs


• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Dependable transportation to and from the job site

Role Tasks for Picker

• Accurately select merchandise from inventory using RF scanners and pick lists


• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy


• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Report damaged products or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
