Assembler - Eden

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is essential for maintaining production standards and ensuring that all finished products meet high-quality specifications.


Shift Patterns:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5pm


• Mandatory Overtime: Friday & Saturday 6:30am - 2:30pm

Pay Rates:

• 15.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Assembler:

• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Desirable requirements for Assembler:

• Previous industrial or assembly experience


• High school diploma or GED


• Strong attention to detail and quality

Role for Assembler:

• Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.


• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy.


• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while reporting any equipment issues to supervisors.


• Perform assembly functions consistently throughout the work period.
